1. Base Fabric

• Material: 100% Polyester (or other base fabrics such as nylon or fiberglass)

• Weave: Plain or Oxford

• Yarn Denier: 1000D, 500D, or as required

• Weight: 250900 gsm (grams per square meter)

• Tensile Strength: Minimum 2000 N/5cm (warp) and 1800 N/5cm (weft)

• Tear Strength: Minimum 250 N (warp/weft)

2. Coating

• Type: Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)

• Coating Method: Knife coating, spread coating, or calendering

• Coating Thickness: 0.25 mm 1.0 mm depending on application

• Coating Weight: Typically contributes 5070% of total fabric weight

• Finish: Glossy / Matte / Embossed / Lacquered (optional)
